The Hoffman CSD20168SS Concept™ wall mount enclosure is a Type 4X enclosure measuring 20.00 x 16.00 x 8.00 in and constructed from Type 304 stainless steel, designed to provide industry-leading protection for housing electrical components and controls in outdoor or corrosive environments. It features a white polyester powder coat that reduces the absorption of solar radiation, helping to keep internal components cooler. The enclosure includes a Type 316L stainless steel small PowerGlide™ padlocking handle and an internal 3-point latching mechanism that enhances both ease of access and security. Key attributes include 14 gauge Type 304 stainless steel bodies and doors, continuously welded and ground smooth seams, a Type 4-rated gasket, a 90-degree external formed flange on the top of the body opening, a door that can be removed by pulling a stainless steel continuous hinge pin, and a data pocket made of high-impact thermoplastic. Collar studs are also provided for the mounting of optional panels.
