The Hoffman CSD24168SS Concept™ wall mount enclosure is a Type 4X rated enclosure measuring 24.00 x 16.00 x 8.00 inches and constructed from 14 gauge Type 304 stainless steel. This single-door stainless steel enclosure is designed to provide industry-leading protection for housing electrical components and controls in outdoor or corrosive environments. The enclosure features a white polyester powder finish that reduces the absorption of solar radiation, helping to keep internal components cooler. It is equipped with Hoffman's exclusive Type 316L stainless steel Small PowerGlide™ padlocking handle and internal 3-point latching system, offering both security and ease of access. Additionally, the seams are continuously welded and ground smooth, and the enclosure includes a Type 4-rated gasket, a 90-degree external formed flange on top of the body opening, and a door that can be removed by pulling the stainless steel continuous hinge pin. The data pocket is constructed from high-impact thermoplastic, and collar studs are provided for mounting optional panels. The enclosure complies with pertinent industry certifications and standards for durability and safety.
