The Hoffman A1008CHNFSS6 J Box features a continuous hinge design with clamps, is constructed from SS Type 316L stainless steel, and complies with Type 4X and EMC standards. Measuring 10.00 x 8.00 x 4.00 inches, this two-door enclosure is engineered for robust protection of large components and complex mounting configurations in highly corrosive environments. It is equipped with a foam-in-place gasket for an oil-tight and dust-tight seal, and a heavy-duty 3-point latching mechanism operated by Type 316L stainless steel PowerGlide padlocking handles ensures security. The enclosure includes a removable center post for easy panel installation, collar studs for optional panel mounting, and panel supports. Additionally, it features heavy-duty lifting eyes, seamless continuous hinges for each door, bonding provisions on doors, grounding studs on the body, and an accessory mounting channel in the enclosure top. The data pocket is constructed from high-impact thermoplastic, and the enclosure is complemented by a bolted 12-inch (305-mm) removable floor stand. All external hardware is made from Type 316 stainless steel, and the enclosure is suitable for use in petrochemical plants, pulp and paper processing, water treatment facilities, and food, pharmaceutical, and packaging applications.
