Polypro™ polyester enclosures are designed to excel in harsh environments where chemical resistance and durability are paramount. Constructed from non-glass-filled polyester, these enclosures provide superior UV resistance and eliminate fiber bloom associated with fiberglass, ensuring longevity. They offer excellent chemical resistance to a variety of solvents, alkalis, and acids, while also resisting cracking and providing remarkable impact resistance. These lightweight and recyclable enclosures feature a secure Type 4X seal created by an overlapping tongue-and-groove raised cover and gasket, along with a removable snap-hinge cover that facilitates easy access for modifications. Inside, a molded layout grid supports component mounting, complemented by molded-in embosses for rear panel installation. The internal rail system and adjustable panel blocks enable panel height adjustments and support multiple panels. Additional features include scratch-resistant polycarbonate windows, and standard models come with a body and cover, two mounting feet, two latch assemblies, and optional cover screws. Adjusting panels and additional hardware can be purchased separately.
