The kit includes 14 gauge Type 304 or Type 316L stainless steel bodies and doors, with seams continuously welded and ground smooth for durability. It features a seamless foam-in-place gasket, a rolled lip around three sides of the door, and a stainless steel door clamp assembly. Additionally, it is equipped with a hasp and staple for padlocking, a stainless steel continuous hinge pin for easy door removal, and a data pocket made of high-impact thermoplastic. Collar studs are provided for the mounting of optional panels, and the exterior hardware on Type 316L stainless steel enclosures matches the enclosure material. The design also includes a bonding provision on the door and a grounding stud on the body, making it compliant with industry standards for safety and performance.
