The Stylish Concept™ EMC enclosures are specifically designed for corrosive indoor or outdoor applications to effectively contain stray electromagnetic interference (EMI) signals from internal components while shielding them from external EMI/RFI interference. These enclosures are manufactured from 18, 16, and 14 gauge Type 304 stainless steel, featuring continuously welded and ground smooth seams for enhanced durability. The design includes a minimum-width body flange to maximize body opening, an external formed 90-degree body flange, and panel mounting studs that are compatible with optional Concept panels and other accessories. Additionally, the enclosures come equipped with mounting holes in the back for direct mounting or the use of optional external mounting brackets, stainless steel hidden hinges, and easy-to-remove clip-style hinge pins. The removable corner formed door is complemented by a seamless foam-in-place gasket adjacent to a spring finger EMC gasket. The kit includes quarter-turn latches with a flush slotted insert, a self-grounding latch system featuring a double seal, and an integral body grounding stud. A furnished hardware kit contains panel mounting nuts, grounding hardware, and sealing washers for wall-mounting holes, along with installation instructions.
