The Hoffman E1PBSS PB enclosure is a Type 304 stainless steel free-standing disconnect enclosure designed for efficient protection of electrical and electronic equipment in applications that require minimal environmental protection. This enclosure features a robust construction with a 14 gauge steel body and door, and 12 gauge back covers. It includes a 4-inch high, 10 gauge steel integral lifting base, with modified preferred disconnect cutout heights ranging from 60 inches to 84 inches, providing a usable height inside the cabinet that is 4 inches less than the nominal height. The design incorporates sturdy 7 gauge lifting tabs, flush doors, and a 3-point latch with a heavy-duty handle, which includes a screwdriver defeater and a padlock provision. Additionally, it comes with pre-drilled holes in the lifting base for bolt-down capability, bonding provisions on each door, and includes studs for mounting optional panels on threaded bolts. Optional rack angles can be mounted to the top and bottom of the front flanges.
