The Concept™ HMI enclosure is a traditional landscape-oriented unit made of light-gray steel, offering a range of customization options essential for various applications. This pendant- or pedestal-mounted system features a body manufactured from 14 gauge steel and a front plate constructed from .125-inch aluminum, ensuring durability and strength. It includes a grounding stud on the body and a bonding provision on the door for enhanced safety. The design incorporates simple, easy-to-remove hinge pins with built-in captive clips, along with high-torque threadless studs and fasteners on the door, facilitating straightforward installation and maintenance. The enclosure allows for numerous configurations and modifications, including a removable front plate and the ability to accommodate cutouts anywhere on the structure, making it versatile for specific HMI component needs.
