The Hoffman CP323512 Concept™ HMI enclosure features a black trim and is classified as Type 4, measuring 325x350x120 mm, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor corrosive environments that require a water-tight seal. This enclosure is constructed from 14 gauge Type 304 or Type 316L stainless steel for the bodies and doors, with seams that are continuously welded and ground smooth. It includes a seamless foam-in-place gasket, a rolled lip around three sides of the door, and a stainless steel door clamp assembly. Additional features consist of a hasp and staple for padlocking, a door that can be removed by pulling a stainless steel continuous hinge pin, and a high-impact thermoplastic data pocket. The design incorporates collar studs for mounting optional panels, and for Type 316L stainless steel enclosures, the exterior hardware matches the enclosure material. The enclosure also includes a bonding provision on the door and a grounding stud on the body.
