The Concept™ HMI is a traditional landscape-oriented enclosure designed for versatility and customization, constructed from light-gray steel. This pendant- or pedestal-mounted system features a body made from 14 gauge steel and a front plate crafted from .125-in. aluminum. It includes a grounding stud on the body and a bonding provision on the door, facilitating safe electrical connections. The design incorporates simple, easy-to-remove hinge pins with built-in captive clips for convenient maintenance, as well as high-torque threadless studs and fasteners on the door for secure assembly. Additionally, the removable front plate allows for straightforward installation of HMI components, and the enclosure can accommodate cutouts in various locations, ensuring flexibility for different applications.
