The Hoffman A20H2008SSLP is a continuous hinge enclosure with clamps, classified as type 4X, and measures 20.00 x 20.00 x 8.00 inches, constructed from SS type 304 stainless steel. The PharmaPro™ enclosures are meticulously designed for the pharmaceutical industry, featuring a flush mounting system and a low Ra value finish that minimizes surface crevices for thorough wipe-downs, effectively eliminating areas where contaminants could accumulate. The mounting system allows the enclosure to be flush and tight against block or stud walls. It includes an enclosure body made from 14 gauge type 304 stainless steel, a mounting flange made from 10 gauge type 316L stainless steel, and a screw cover and hinged door manufactured from 12 gauge type 316L stainless steel. Seams are continuously welded and ground smooth, with type 316L stainless steel lift-off hinges utilized for the hinged door. Slotted oval-head fasteners made of type 316L stainless steel are used with the screw cover, while stainless steel quarter-turn latches secure the hinged door. Additionally, the enclosure features an FDA-approved silicone gasket, a grounding stud on the body, and a bonding provision on the cover or door.
