This two-door enclosure provides industry-leading protection for systems incorporating large components or complex mounting configurations in highly corrosive environments, making it suitable for applications in food processing plants, pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities, petrochemical plants, pulp and paper processing, and water treatment facilities. Constructed from 12 gauge Type 304 or 316L stainless steel, the enclosure features continuously welded and ground smooth seams, eliminating holes or knockouts. The backs are also made from 10 or 12 gauge stainless steel with X-form stiffeners, and it includes a removable center post for easy panel installation along with panel supports. Heavy-duty lifting eyes, made from Type 316 stainless steel, ensure safe handling. Each door is secured with stainless steel screws and clamps on three sides, providing a water-tight seal, while a rolled lip around the door and the top of the enclosure opening prevents the ingress of liquids and contaminants. Other features include a heavy-gauge stainless steel continuous hinge, a high-impact thermoplastic data pocket, welded 12-in. (305-mm) floor stands, a hasp and staple for padlocking, a seamless foam-in-place gasket for an oil-tight and dust-tight seal, collar studs for mounting optional panels, external hardware manufactured from Type 316 stainless steel, bonding provision on the doors with grounding studs on the body, and an accessory mounting channel provided at the enclosure top.
