The Inline™ enclosures combine aesthetic styling with functionality, featuring flush latches and a stroked finish, making them suitable for various applications. These enclosures have an outward formed body flange to prevent contaminants from entering and are available in three cover styles: hinged window door, hinged solid door, and solid screw cover. Key features include 16 gauge covers and doors alongside 14 gauge bodies, with Type 304 or 316L stainless steel seams that are continuously welded and ground smooth. The external formed body flange trough, large perimeter body opening, and fastening holes in the back facilitate direct mounting or optional external mounting brackets. They also boast a seamless foam-in-place gasket, an M6 bonding provision on the cover, and an M6 ground stud in the body. The furnished hardware kit includes panel mounting screws, grounding hardware, and sealing washers for wall-mounting holes. Inline screw-cover enclosures come with captivated Type 316 stainless steel cover screws featuring sealing bushings made from durable composite material, while integral compression stops ensure optimal gasket compression. The hinged-door enclosures allow for a 180-degree door opening, feature removable Type 316 stainless steel hinge pins, and have a standard self-grounding, slotted, quarter-turn Type 316 stainless steel latch system incorporating a double seal. The window-door enclosures include a 3/16-in. (4.8-mm) clear polycarbonate window that mounts flush with the cover surface, also provide a 180-degree door opening, and are equipped with similar hinge and latch features as the hinged-door enclosures.
