The Hoffman CSD30308SS Concept™ wall mount enclosure is a type 4X unit designed for both indoor and outdoor electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) applications, measuring 30.00 x 30.00 x 8.00 inches and constructed from stainless steel type 304. This enclosure is ideal for containing larger controls in corrosive environments and features a stainless steel, woven-mesh encased gasket to prevent contaminants while providing electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio frequency interference (RFI) shielding for internal components. Key features include 14-gauge type 304 stainless steel bodies and doors, continuously welded and smoothed seams, a seamless foam-in-place gasket adjacent to the woven Monel EMC mesh gasket, and a rolled lip around three sides of the door. It also includes stainless steel door clamp assemblies, a hasp and staple for padlocking, a removable door with a continuous hinge, and a high-impact thermoplastic data pocket. Additional attributes consist of collar studs for mounting optional panels, a bonding provision on the door, and a grounding stud on the body.
