The Adcraft Black Diamond BDGF-120/LPG is a floor standing gas deep fryer designed for liquid propane (LPG) with an impressive heating capacity of 120,000 BTU. Constructed from 16 gauge stainless steel, the fryer features a thermostat range of 200°F (93°C) to 400°F (204°C) and incorporates long-lasting stainless steel baffles in the heat exchange tubes to optimize heating and combustion efficiency. The fryer is equipped with a standing pilot light for immediate flame activation and an automatic shut off function that engages when the fryer temperature exceeds 450°F (232°C). Included in the package are two nickel plated oblong wire mesh baskets, one nickel plated tube rack, a drain extension, a built-in heat deflector, and 6" adjustable legs. The unit has a capacity of 45-50 lb of oil and is certified with ETL and ETL sanitation listings. It comes with a 1 year warranty on parts and labor, along with a 5 year warranty on the stainless steel tank.
