USG Frost™ ClimaPlus™ #418 ceiling tile measures 2' x 2' x 3/4" and features a Fineline Edge design. This ceiling tile is constructed from cast mineral wool material, providing excellent noise reduction and sound attenuation suitable for mixed office environments. The high light-reflective finish contributes to energy efficiency by reducing the need for additional light fixtures. It is installed easily in a suspended grid panel of 9/16" width. The product boasts a Class A fire rating and has a noise reduction coefficient of .70. Additionally, it features zero VOC emissions and comprises damage-resistant panels with integral color, which help lower the overall cost of ownership. Maintenance is straightforward, requiring only a soft brush or vacuum for cleaning. The product is packaged with 8 tiles per case and is backed by the ClimaPlus™ 30-year lifetime system warranty against visible sag, mold, and mildew.
