Husky Rack & Velox Guard Panel measures 6' 10"W x 2'H and is constructed from welded 2x2 8-gauge steel wire mesh, providing robust protection while maintaining versatility and affordability. The Velox Guard machine enclosures are designed to be trimmed in the field, allowing for adjustments to accommodate changes in dimensions, floor or wall irregularities, and custom systems such as conveyors or lifts. The panels can be attached to posts at angles other than 90 degrees, enhancing spatial efficiency. A patented hook design ensures easy installation, with separate hooks that securely slip onto 2-1/2 square posts. The posts are anchored to the floor with 3/8 thick pads, and stock panels are available for heights of 6 ft. and 8 ft., with 7 ft. configurations achieved by stacking panels using welded connectors. Each panel is equipped with connectors that engage openings punched in the line posts for added stability. The entire assembly is coated with high-quality polyurethane paint, featuring yellow posts and black panels. Necessary installation hardware, including masonry lag bolts, is included with the kit. The product also comes with a 1-year limited warranty, and sketches or drawings can be submitted to the manufacturer for assistance in selecting the appropriate sizes to configure desired room dimensions.
