The Silverline was developed as a cost-effective alternative to the Goldline, maintaining a high level of quality comparable to its counterpart. It outperforms and outlasts other undercounter units, like those from Diebold, and has gained popularity among dealers and end-users, constituting over 50% of Fenco's undercounter sales. The primary difference between the Silverline and Goldline lies in the exterior shell construction specifications; the Silverline features a shell that is 1" wider and constructed from 20 gauge steel, while the Goldline uses 18 gauge steel. The Silverline shell is designed with folded and bent corners for a clean finish, with spot-welded corners for structural integrity, whereas the Goldline's construction involves TIG welding for a smooth and durable finish. Despite the different production processes, both lines share identical internal components, including the separating shelf, slides, drawers, doors, and locks. Both are all welded, all steel products with no pop rivets or plastic drawer bodies. Options for mobile conversion, additional colors, locks, and height alterations are also available.
