The Extech 42570 Dual Laser Infrared Thermometer weighs 0.36 lbs and features a dual laser system that identifies the exact measuring spot when the two lasers converge at approximately 50 inches from the target. It provides a fast response time of 100 milliseconds, includes a Type K input, and has a USB interface for data transfer. The thermometer offers adjustable emissivity for increased measurement accuracy on different surfaces and adjustable high/low set points with an audible alarm that alerts when the temperature exceeds programmed limits. It displays max, min, average, and max minus min values. The kit includes a Type K temperature probe, USB cable and software, carrying case, and a 9V battery.
