The 13 Function Wireless True RMS Multimeter/Insulation Tester is designed for precise electrical measurements, featuring a multimeter and 1000V insulation tester with a wireless PC interface operating at 915MHz. It can measure insulation resistance up to 20G and includes five test voltage ranges, as well as Polarization Index (PI) and Dielectric Absorption Ratio (DAR) measurements. The device offers low resistance measurement with a zero function, a programmable timer for setting test durations, and a comparison mode to establish pass/fail values for insulation assessments. It also includes step voltage capabilities (in 10% increments at 50% to 120% of the designated range), auto-discharge of the voltage test signal, and a lock power-on function for hands-free operation. Users can manually store and recall up to 99 readings, and the multimeter features a backlit 6,000 count display with an analog bar graph, high voltage and overload indications, data hold functionality to freeze readings, auto power off, and low battery indications. The kit comes complete with test leads, an alligator clip, six AA batteries, and a soft case.
