The Extech RH101 Hygro-Thermometer & Infrared Thermometer measures humidity, air temperature, and surface temperature using a built-in infrared (IR) thermometer. The IR thermometer allows for fast, non-contact surface temperature measurements in hard-to-reach or unsafe areas, featuring a built-in laser pointer to target the measurement area. This device combines IR temperature with advanced hygro-thermometer functions, making it suitable for monitoring environments such as factories, clean rooms, offices, greenhouses, and heating and air-conditioning ducts. It includes a large backlit LCD for easy reading in low-light conditions, with a selectable primary display of either % relative humidity or infrared temperature, while the secondary display shows ambient temperature. Additional features include max hold, data hold, auto power off, low battery indicator, and over-range indication. The kit includes a protective holster, RH/temperature probe, 9V battery, and carrying case, and it is backed by a warranty.
