The direct-drive system connects the 1/8 HP, 2-speed motor directly to the auger, offering up to 75% more auger power compared to non-direct drive systems. The motor ensures superior clump-busting performance, while the marine-style electrical plug keeps water out, maintaining consistent electrical flow from the vehicle's battery.
