Use the volatile corrosion inhibiting (VCI) paper roll to cover or wrap ferrous metal parts or surfaces. This heavy-duty paper roll is nitrate-free and specifically designed for use with ferrous metals such as iron and steel, and it is not recommended for items containing nickel. The chemically treated paper continuously vaporizes, creating an environment that effectively blocks out rust, corrosion, and oxidation. It is advised to use 1 ft of VCI paper for every 1 ft of packaging area, and complete wrapping is recommended for maximum protection. This product meets MIL Spec. MIL-PRF-3420H.
