Column Sentry® is a premium, patented column protector designed for heavy-duty applications, featuring a unique air chamber system that deflects impact energy to minimize damage to columns. It has been tested with a 10,000 lb. capacity forklift at 7 mph, demonstrating 83% more impact resistance compared to other protectors. Made from semi-flexible, stress-crack resistant, low density polyethylene plastic, it is available in various sizes to accommodate most columns, with custom configurations offered. The installation process is straightforward, utilizing hook and loop straps, and the product is finished in high visibility safety yellow. The standard height of the Column Sentry® is 42", and it is stackable for added protection at greater heights. This column protector is chemical resistant, non-conductive, waterproof, easy to clean, and removable for maintenance. Specifically, the Column Sentry® CS1442-4S is engineered to fit square, round, or H-columns up to 4"x4" (100x100mm) and has an outside diameter of 14" (356mm), making it suitable for mezzanines, conveyors, or other compact spaces.
