Column Sentry® is a premium, patented column protector designed for heavy-duty use, exhibiting exceptional durability and impact resistance. Extensive testing with a 10,000 lb. capacity forklift at 7 mph has demonstrated that Column Sentry® is 83% more effective in impact resistance compared to other column protectors. This innovative protector features a patented air chamber system that deflects impact energy away from the column to minimize force upon impact. Constructed from semi-flexible, stress-crack resistant, low density polyethylene plastic, it is available in sizes suitable for most columns, with custom configurations upon request. The installation process is simplified with hook and loop straps, and the protector is finished in high visibility safety yellow. The standard height measures 42 inches, and it is stackable for enhanced protection at greater heights. Column Sentry® is also chemical resistant, non-conductive, waterproof, easy to clean, and removable for maintenance. The medium column protector model, CS2442-8S, is specifically designed to fit around H, square, or round columns with a maximum size of 8"x8" (20x20 cm) in diameter, and has an outside diameter of 24" (61 cm). Warranty information stipulates a limited 1-year warranty against defects in material and workmanship.
