The Kellogg's two-stage air compressor pumps are constructed from cast iron and feature 100% duty cycle capability, making them suitable for heavy-duty industrial applications. These pumps utilize precision CNC machining, honing, and grinding, and are equipped with B10 bearings, designed for a lifespan exceeding 8000 hours. The design includes forged aluminum alloy pistons for low pressure and precision cast iron pistons for high pressure. The crankcases are made from precision machined iron with CNC ground bearing journals. Additionally, the pumps incorporate Swedish steel valves that are stress relieved and assembled with lapped discs to ensure longevity. The two-stage compressors may also include head unloaders for dual control operation, and they come in various styles, including the classic Kellogg American design and the Saylor Beall style pump.
