This mobile service cart features all-welded, prime cold-rolled steel components with a durable gray powder coat finish. It includes two 12 compartment opening bins, arranged back to back to create a total of 24 compartments, each measuring 8"W x 12"D x 6-5/8"H. The part bins are designed with fully hemmed 1-1/8" bin fronts to hold labels and retain parts effectively. Additionally, the cart is equipped with a rubber tray mat on top, providing a durable, non-skid work surface, complemented by 1-1/2" lips on all four sides of the top. The heavy-duty casters support a capacity of 1000 lbs, consisting of two swivel casters with locking brakes and two rigid casters. Mobility is further enhanced by a sturdy tubular handle, and the unit is easy to assemble using the provided fasteners.
