The facility floor sign features a caution message stating, "This equipment has been locked out/ Do not enter." This convenient sign includes two messages, one printed on the inside of the plastic base and another on the outside. It is constructed from lightweight 4 mil corrugated polyethylene, making it completely waterproof. When not in use, the sign can be easily folded up for compact storage, saving space.
