The Valley Craft powered drum truck with standard chime hook and 10" wheels (model F89503) is designed for safe navigation of heavy loads in tight quarters and on inclines or uneven terrain. This patent-protected battery-powered hand truck addresses handling large unwieldy loads such as drums and cylinders, especially in spaces where traditional powered machines are impractical due to size constraints. The powered hand truck converts from a slim profile traditional hand truck to a stable and powerful 800-lb load carrier with a flick of a switch. It features a rugged 24V DC differential drive motor, full function forward and reverse travel with a reverse audible warning, variable speed forward and reverse motion, and a maximum speed setting of 2 mph. The truck operates on a Zero Work 4-wheel system and includes a convenient twist grip mounted motor engagement with a rocker-style forward/reverse switch. It is equipped with a complete built-in 18 Ah battery with a charging and monitoring system, an exclusive easy grip hand brake, and includes the standard 30/55 gallon adjustable shoe system as well as a standard spring-loaded chime hook.
