The large 1/4" tapered nose plate measures 13-1/2" deep and widens to 16" at the rear, with a beveled leading edge designed to slide more easily under loads. The frame and extra-high 29" stair glides are constructed from 1.05" 14 gauge tubing, providing strength and rigidity. Wheel guards are included to keep loads away from the wheels. All frame styles incorporate four curved ribs with a vertical center brace and a zinc-plated adjustable D-axle. A foot kick is provided to offer extra leverage when starting heavy loads, and the design features a dual handle for improved handling.
