The Justrite® safety can is designed with a single spout for filling and pouring, and features a sealed lid with automatic positive-pressure relief that vents between 3 and 5 PSIG (0.2 and 0.35 bar) to guard against rupture or explosion. Constructed from high-grade coated steel, each can is rigorously tested to ensure 100% leakproof construction. The durable powder-coat finish resists chemicals, making it suitable for rigorous use. Each safety can is equipped with a stainless steel flame arrester that dissipates heat to prevent flashback ignition. Cans with a capacity of up to 1 quart (1 L) include a trigger-release handle, while larger capacities feature a swinging handle to facilitate carrying heavier loads. A large label ID zone on the swing-handle cans provides space for identifying contents, department location, or individual user names. Justrite® safety cans are certified by UL/ULC and TUV, meet OSHA and NFPA requirements, and come with a ten-year warranty. The color coding system helps prevent accidents, with common color choices including red for flammable liquids like gasoline, blue for kerosene, yellow for diesel fuel, and green for oils.
