The Justrite® safety can is designed with a single spout for filling and pouring, featuring a sealed lid that includes automatic positive-pressure relief venting between 3 and 5 PSIG (0.2 and 0.35 bar) to prevent rupture or explosion. Constructed from high-grade coated steel, each can is rigorously tested to ensure 100% leakproof integrity, while the tough powder-coat finish resists chemicals and withstands the demands of rigorous use. Each safety can is equipped with a stainless steel flame arrester that dissipates heat, preventing flashback ignition. Cans with a capacity of up to 1 quart (1 L) feature a trigger-release handle, whereas larger capacities are designed with a swinging handle to facilitate the carrying of heavier loads. Additionally, a large label ID zone on swing-handle cans allows for easy identification of contents, department location, or individual user names. Justrite® safety cans are certified by FM, UL/ULC, and TUB, and comply with OSHA and NFPA requirements, backed by a 10-year guarantee. The cans come in various colors to help avoid accidents, with common color choices including red for flammable liquids such as gasoline, blue for kerosene, yellow for diesel fuel, and green for oils.
