The Justrite® safety can is designed with a single spout for efficient filling and pouring, featuring a sealed lid with automatic positive-pressure relief that vents between 3 and 5 PSIG (0.2 and 0.35 BAR) to prevent rupture or explosion. Constructed from high-grade coated steel, each can is rigorously tested to ensure 100% leakproof construction, while the durable powder-coat finish is resistant to chemicals, making it suitable for demanding applications. Equipped with a stainless steel flame arrester, these cans effectively dissipate heat to avert flashback ignition. Cans with a capacity of up to 1 quart (1 L) are fitted with a trigger-release handle, whereas larger sizes feature a swinging handle for easier transport of heavier loads. Additionally, swing-handle cans include a large label ID zone for identifying contents, department location, or individual user names. The safety cans are certified by FM, UL/ULC, and TUV, and they comply with OSHA and NFPA standards. Available in various color codes—red for flammable liquids, blue for kerosene, yellow for diesel fuel, and green for oils—these safety cans also come with a ten-year warranty.
