The Justrite® safety can is designed with a single spout for filling and pouring, featuring a sealed lid with automatic positive-pressure relief that vents between 3 and 5 PSIG (0.2 and 0.35 bar) to protect against rupture or explosion. Constructed from high-grade coated steel, each can is rigorously tested to ensure 100% leakproof construction, while the tough powder-coat finish is resistant to chemicals and suitable for rigorous use. Each can is equipped with a stainless steel flame arrester that dissipates heat to prevent flashback ignition. Cans with a capacity of up to 1 quart (1 L) include a trigger-release handle, while larger capacities feature a swinging handle for easier transport of heavier loads. Swing-handle cans come with a large label ID zone to indicate contents, department location, or individual user name. Justrite® safety cans are certified by FM, UL/ULC, and TUV, and comply with OSHA and NFPA requirements. They also include a ten-year warranty. Color coding aids in accident prevention, with common color options: red for flammable liquids like gasoline, blue for kerosene, yellow for diesel fuel, and green for oils.
