Go beyond protection and compliance with the added convenience of the AccuFlow™ with Safe-Squeeze® trigger for safe and controlled pouring. Justrite's® patented manifold and proportional flow-control Safe-Squeeze® trigger provides the means to regulate the flow rate when handling flammable liquids. The kit includes a fill port with an ergonomic lift lever for easy filling, a flexible 9" (299-mm) long metal hose spout for precise pouring into small openings, and a safety can made from high-grade coated steel that is pressure tested for quality assurance. The tough powder-coat finish resists chemicals and withstands the demands of rigorous use, while the stainless steel flame arrester equipped in all Justrite® safety cans dissipates heat to prevent flashback ignition. A sealed lid features automatic positive-pressure relief that vents between 3 and 5 psig (0.2 and 0.35 bar) to protect against explosion. The large label ID zone provides space for writing to identify contents, department location, or individual user name, and all can sizes have extra capacity for adding two-cycle engine oil or other additives. The ergonomic lift lever opens the self-closing spout wide for easy filling, and the full-length stainless steel flame arrester allows deeper, secure insertion of the nozzle when filling. Justrite's® Type II AccuFlow™ safety cans are available in several colors to aid in identifying specific liquids, reducing costly errors when using multiple liquids at a worksite. Certified by FM, UL/ULC, and TUV, Justrite® safety cans also meet OSHA and NFPA requirements and come with a ten-year warranty. Commonly used color choices include red for the storage of flammable liquids (as required by OSHA), blue for kerosene, yellow for diesel fuel, and green for other specific applications.
