The Justrite® safety can is designed with a single spout for filling and pouring, featuring a sealed lid with automatic positive-pressure relief that vents between 3 and 5 PSIG (0.2 and 0.35 bar) to prevent rupture or explosion. Constructed from high-grade coated steel, each can undergoes rigorous testing to ensure 100% leakproof performance. The durable powder-coat finish resists chemicals, making it suitable for heavy-duty use. Each can is equipped with a stainless steel flame arrester that dissipates heat, thereby preventing flashback ignition. Models with capacities up to 1 quart (1 L) feature a trigger-release handle, while those with larger capacities include a swinging handle for easier transport of heavier loads. A large label ID zone on swing-handle cans provides ample writing space for identifying contents, department locations, or individual user names. Justrite® safety cans are certified by FM, UL/ULC, and TUV, and comply with OSHA and NFPA standards. They come with a ten-year warranty. Color coding is employed to enhance safety; common color options include red for flammable liquids such as gasoline, blue for kerosene storage, yellow for diesel fuel, and green for oils.
