3M™ Lapping Film 461X measures 8-1/2" x 11" and features a silicon carbide mineral coating with a 9 micron grit size on a 3 mil polyester film. It is available in grit sizes of 5.0, 9.0, 15.0, and 30.0 microns and serves as the standard product for silicon carbide-related polishing applications in the fiber optic and metallurgical industries.
