The 3M™ Diamond Lapping Film 663X measures 9" x 11" and features a 30 micron diamond grit. It is constructed with a stronger resin system, providing added toughness and longer life. This lapping film is primarily used for superfinishing, roll polishing, and flat lapping applications, with available grades in 30.0, 45.0, and 60.0 microns. It is suitable for flat lapping and superfinishing processes and is commonly used in the electronics industry.
