The Action Pump Food Grade Hand Barrel Pump EZ-55P, featuring a purple strap, is designed for dispensing viscous fluids, harsh acids, and alkali cleaning chemicals. Utilizing a unique patented pumping principle, this food-grade pump has no parts that wear and dispenses 15 ounces with each up and down stroke. Made from polypropylene and polyethylene, it is resistant to a wide range of acids, alkaline, caustic, and chlorine-based chemicals, as well as oils, crop chemicals, diesel, and liquid fertilizers; however, it should not be used with strong solvents or highly flammable liquids, including petrol (gasoline). The pump delivers high volume at low pressure, enhancing safety during chemical transfer. Its double action allows for delivery on both the up and down strokes, totaling 30 ounces per cycle, with the capability to dispense fluids with a viscosity of up to 8800 centipoise. This model is suitable for 15, 30, and 55-gallon drums and includes a discharge hose. Additionally, the color-coded handles are designed to help comply with safety standards and prevent cross-contamination by allowing users to keep track of different fluids easily.
