The BVA H1012 hydraulic cylinder, with a capacity of 10 tons and a stroke of 12 inches, is designed for lifting and pressing applications. This single acting cylinder features a one-piece high-grade alloy bearing for side load protection, and it is burnish rolled to provide a smooth precision finish that extends seal life. Included with the cylinder are removable hardened saddles to safeguard plunger operation, as well as collar threads, plunger threads, and base mounting holes for easy fixturing. The H1012 model is equipped with heavy-duty return springs and an industrial hard chrome plated rod that enhances rust and corrosion resistance. It also comes with a CH38F coupler and dust cap. The maximum working pressure for this cylinder is 10,000 psi (700 bar).
