The BVA H2501 hydraulic cylinder, with a capacity of 25 tons and a 1 inch stroke, is designed for efficient lifting and pressing applications. Recognized as one of the top cylinders in the industry, it features a one-piece high-grade alloy bearing for side load protection and is burnish rolled to achieve a smooth precision finish, enhancing seal life. This single acting cylinder comes with removable hardened saddles to protect the plunger during operation. The design includes collar threads, plunger threads, and base mounting holes for straightforward fixturing. Additionally, the BVA H2501 is equipped with heavy-duty return springs and an industrial hard chrome plated rod that provides rust and corrosion resistance. This model includes a CH38F coupler and a dust cap, and operates at a maximum working pressure of 10,000 psi (700 bar). It is important to note that the hydraulic cylinder should never be used as a support device. The cylinder specifications also offer comparability to Enerpac RC-251 and SPX Power Team C251C.
