The BVA H2502 hydraulic cylinder has a capacity of 25 tons and a stroke length of 2 inches, making it ideal for lifting and pressing applications. This single-acting cylinder is constructed from high-strength steel, using gun-drilled solid bar for enhanced durability. It features a one-piece high-grade alloy bearing that provides side load protection and extends the cylinder's lifespan. The plunger is equipped with wipers that help seal out dirt, while removable hardened saddles protect the plunger during operation. Additional features include collar threads, plunger threads, and base mounting holes for easy fixturing, along with heavy-duty return springs. The rod is industrial hard chrome plated, ensuring resistance to rust and corrosion. Included with the cylinder are a CH38F coupler and a dust cap, with a maximum working pressure rated at 10,000 PSI (700 BAR). This model can be compared to Enerpac RC-252 and SPX Power Team C252C.
