The BVA H2504 hydraulic cylinder has a capacity of 25 tons and a stroke length of 4 inches, making it ideal for lifting and pressing applications. It is constructed from high strength steel, specifically from gun drilled solid bar, and is designed with a one-piece high-grade alloy bearing that provides side load protection and enhances longevity. The cylinder features plunger wipers to help seal out dirt, ensuring smooth operation. It includes heavy-duty return springs and an industrial hard chrome-plated rod that offers superior rust and corrosion resistance. Additionally, the BVA H2504 includes a CH38F coupler and a dust cap for added functionality. The maximum working pressure for this single-acting cylinder is 10,000 psi (700 bar), and it is compatible with 3/8" - 18 NPTF high flow couplers. The design incorporates collar threads, plunger threads, and base mounting holes to facilitate easy fixturing, while all models come equipped with removable hardened saddles to protect plunger operation.
