BVA HD1010 10-ton, 10-stroke double acting cylinders are engineered for durability in extreme job site conditions, featuring collar threads, plunger threads, and base mounting holes for straightforward fixturing. These cylinders are constructed with high strength steel from gun drilled solid bar and include a one piece high grade alloy bearing to provide side load protection, while the removable hardened saddles safeguard plunger operation. A built-in safety valve offers protection against accidental over-pressurization. The kit includes CH38F couplers for all cylinder models, and the rod wiper enhances longevity by reducing contamination. The maximum working pressure is 10,000 psi (700 bar). This double acting cylinder (HD series) is ideal for lifting and pressing applications, utilizing 3/8" NPTF high flow couplers. Warning: Never use hydraulic cylinder as a support device.
