The AIMS Compact 5000 Watt modified sine wave power inverter is a highly efficient and compact solution, weighing only 16 lbs and measuring 17 inches in length, replacing the previous PWRINV5000W model. This inverter features a maximum continuous power of 5000W and includes a volt meter and amp meter on the front panel for monitoring battery voltage and current use, respectively. It has a single set of DC input terminals, an AC direct connect terminal block that has been repositioned for improved visibility of the meters, and a quadruple AC receptacle that can be used with separate splitters for additional outlets. Safety features include over temperature LED and overload LED indicators, over temperature protection, overload protection, and AC output short circuit protection. The unit also boasts thermally controlled single cooling fan operation, internal fuse protection, auto-reset functionality on most fault conditions, and an aluminum case for optimal cooling. Additionally, it is pre-wired for a remote On/Off switch, comes with a pre-slotted mounting plate, an instruction manual, and offers one year of technical support and warranty.
