The family battery charger is designed to accommodate multiple battery sizes and features bad battery detection along with a built-in safety timer to prevent overcharging. Utilizing trickle charge technology, it maintains batteries at full capacity and is capable of charging eight AA or AAA batteries, four C or D batteries, or two 9V batteries. This device recharges both NiMH and NiCad batteries within a timeframe of three to seven hours. It also features auto-adjusting contacts and includes a convenient LCD charge-status indicator. The charge times for various configurations are as follows: 4 AA / AAA in 3 hours, 8 AA / AAA in 6 hours, 4 C / D in 6 hours, and 9V in 7 hours. This charger is ETL and CETL certified, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
