3M™ Diamond Lapping Film 661X measures 1 inch by 50 feet with a 15 micron grit of precisely graded diamond particles coated on a polyester film. It provides a consistent, repeatable finish on extremely hard materials and is available in several grades ranging from 0.10 to 30.0 micron. The film is used for applications such as fiber optic connector polishing, flat lapping, and superfinishing, primarily in the electronics industry.
