The 3M™ Diamond Lapping Film 662XW measures 1 inch by 50 feet and features a 1 micron diamond grit. It has a higher diamond concentration and a stronger resin bond which provide added durability and an increased cut rate compared to standard diamond lapping film. The product is available in 0.50, 1.0, 1.50, 3.0, 6.0, and 9.0 micron grades, designed for applications such as fiber optic connector polishing, flat lapping, and superfinishing, primarily used in the electronics industry.
