The VS-12KDS is an S-knife assembly designed for Alfa's VS-12, converting a GS-12 (Grater-Shredder) into a VS-12 (Vegetable-Slicer). It is capable of adjusting to slice vegetables to various thicknesses, featuring a finely honed stainless steel, one-piece "S" knife for sharp and clean cuts. This unit is compatible with the Hobart VS9, as well as Alfa's VS-12, but may not function with other manufacturers' power attachment units. It fits the standard Hobart style #12 hub, which is commonly found on mixers, meat choppers/grinders, food cutters, and power drives.
