It conforms to provide targeted support to the lumbar region and features a stabilizing board insert that prevents hammock-like sagging in sling back wheelchairs. The cushion is encased in a stretch nylon cover that is low shear and breathable, enhancing user comfort. Additionally, adjustable safety straps are included for added security.
